Momentum Europe and Africa Online 2021 - Portuguese Translations

OVERVIEW:

Staying in shape is one thing, but optimizing your workout for maximum performance is another. If the standard routine for your business needs an update, MOMENTUM! is the event for you. WorldVentures has assembled a handpicked team of trainers and leaders, headed up by "Coach" Marc Accetta to put B-league performers on a path to the hall of fame.

Last year`s MOMENTUM! really lit a fire under the field, and we`re expecting some break-out results from this year`s attendees as well. So register today and get ready for an extreme business workout that will help put some meat on a scrawny downline.

The deadline to complete qualification requirements for all recognition for Momentum Europe and Africa is February 5, 2021.

Momentum 2021 FAQs

Q: How do I use my event credits?
A: When purchasing a ticket, you will see a box under payment details labeled “Miscellaneous (Balance: XX)”. You can input the amount of credits you would like to apply to your purchase by typing the amount in the Miscellaneous field; that amount will then be deducted from your total purchase price. You will know that the credits have been applied when you see the ticket price displaying the discounted amount.

Q: Can I use event credits to purchase a Momentum Ticket?
A: Yes. Credits will expire on 12/31/20 at 11:59:59 PM CST. As long as your tickets are purchased before the expiration date, you will be able to utilize your credits.

Q: How do I access the stream?
A: Once logged into your back office, you will be able to select the "live stream" button after the countdown timer has ended.

Q: My guest does not have a back office; how will they access the live stream?
A: If you or your guest does not have access to a back office, the purchaser will need to update the ticket name to the attendees name and email events@worldventures.com. We will send a link to view the event prior to the show.

Q: How do I transfer a ticket to another individual?

A: If the attendee is a representative that has access to their back office, you just need to update the ID number on the event confirmation page and the attendee will have access.

If the attendee does not have a back office, please update the name on the event confirmation page and email events@worldventures.com with the ticket name and email address you would like us to send a link to.


Q: When I try to purchase a translation ticket, the website says its closed. How can I add translations?
A: Translations purchases will close the Wednesday the week of the event. If you need to add translations, please email events@worldventures.com and we can assist in adding translations to your ticket.

Q: How will I watch the show if I have purchased a ticket with translations?
A: We will play the show in a zoom room for you to watch and listen to the translated content.

Q: How do I my see downlines that have purchased tickets?
A: Once logged into your back office, you will see the "Upcoming Events" widget. Select my team and you can open a report showing your downlines that are registered.

Q: I have purchased a general ticket, but I want to upgrade to VIP. What steps need to be taken?
A: If you would like to upgrade your ticket, please email events@worldventures.com for assistance.

Q: Why does the video buffer when I am trying to view the event?
A: Buffering is typically caused by an issue with your internet connection stability. To help with this you can click on the gear on the bottom right hand side of the video player and change the resolution down to 144p
